I have looked on your site and can't find a 1501. I do find an 1101 andd 1105.
Whoops... Sorry... We are just entering the DIY market and don't have that site complete yet. If you will take 30 seconds and fill out an info request with your e-mail address, we'll get that e-mailed to you. I'll put a link at the bottom of the post.
And to be precise. You are saying if I spray my floor with this stuff within 24 hours of pouring my foundataion I can then top my floor with UCOAT-IT with no adhesion problems ????
Yep... that's what I am saying... well... sort of. We can't guarantee the adhesion of someone elses product... just our own. We would prefer that you use a higher quality product from us than the U-Coat it. When the BondTite 1501 is applied properly (which is pretty easy) it will act as a curing sealer as well as a primer. The reason that standard acrylic sealers must be blasted off is that they have very poor adhesion. We developed the BondTite 1501 for a very large grocery store chain for use in new construction of grocery stores. We've NEVER ever had a failure!
As far as the real world goes... This product has been used on hundreds of thousands of square feet. Most recently, the largest pharmaceutical company in the world used it to repair an floor area that is critical to the manufacture of IV fluids. If you end up in the hospital this year and need an IV... there is about an 80% chance that the IV fluid was manufactured by someone who was standing on one of our coatings systems.
Our products have also been used in Nuclear facilities, military instalations, hospitals, food processing plants... well... you name it.
I know that most companies oversell their products and make wild claims that just are not true. That is not the case here. Here is the link for the Info Request. Please make sure that you mention Garage Journal, double check your e-mail address for typos, and specify what you are interested in.
