Wolverine Coatings on my garage

I e-mailed the company to see what the price would be for my 650 sq. ft. garage. My garage has many expansion joints so they would need to be filled with whatever the product that Wolverine recommends. Is there prep for this product? I assume that it is an acid wash of muratic acid right? I have read other posts but need to have it spelled out for me. Seems to be the best coating out right now. Anyone have any negative thoughts about this floor. I want a floor that will last a LONG time. I was originally thinking of polishing the concrete but the prices around me are ridiculous. I'm ready for a great floor!

I just talked to Bill at Wolverine about my floor prep I am wrapping up.

I have cracks, not expansion joints, and this is my plan based on that conversation:

1. Grind out the cracks to form a "V"
----Water only, no surfacents (sp?)
3. Acid wash can be done, but not necessary;
----Grinding opens the pores enough
----Acid wash can be used for additional porosity
----No water beading up (chem prem needed)
----They prefer Organi-Prep (their product) to Muratic Acid
----Wash and neutralize after acid etch with baking soda and
----repeated rinsing
4. If crack is wide/deep
----fill with expansion joint material
----I forget the name, none of mine are that wide or deep
5. Prep crack with Bondtite 1101 (the clear stuff) according to instructions
6. Fill Crack with IntegraFlex according to instructions
7. Use a bondo blade (flexible plastic spatula) to fill the crack and level the surface with the concrete
8. Result can sit several days before the actual floor coating.

Sound right, Eric/Bill?

I plan to do this over the next few days, so i can post before and after pictures if that will help, and maybe a time lapse move of the process. (I've already ground the "V")
