Hi All,
I just wanted to take a minute to say thanks to everyone who has worked with us over the past few months. I know that many of you are disappointed that we had to suspend DIY sales and I'm sorry that we've had to make that tough choice. Hopefully we will be able to fill Bill's shoes in the near future. I just knew that we could never give the level of service that is needed without someone to lead those sales.
Navi and I have communicated in private and he has made a strong case for us to continue sales here. We are talking to several people/companies who would like to represent us with a couple of strong canidates (1 in California and 1 on the east coast). Even if we made a decision tomorrow it would take some time to get them up and running.
I'm sorry to let you guys down right now but I know that we would have let you down much worse if we couldn't give service as good as our products. In addition, I'm sure that most of you would have made the same choice to allow Bill (like we could have stopped him) to take a 6-month leave to fight for justice for helpless little girls. Some of the girls that Bill will seek to save from forced prostitution could be as young as 11 years old... the same age as my daughter. And, when you think about it that way it really hits home. If any of you want to check out the International Justice Mission you can do it here: http://www.ijm.org/
Anyway, I just wanted to say thanks and let you know that while I can't make any promises right now, when our circumstances change we'll at least try to revisit this decision.
