Wolverine Lake garage build

When I started to look at housing I wanted either a lot with tons of land so I could build a pole barn or I wanted to buy a house that was lake front so I could enjoy my own dock. Well it ended up I didnt get either. I have a good size yard though its not an acre, and I dont live on the water either. But I have my own boat lunch across the street.

So moving on i finally decided to go ahead and pull the trigger on a few upgrades to the house. I will be opening up the kitchen floor plan, and also turning my 2 car garage into a 5 car with a hoist. Build will be slow but ill post pictures of it.

Concrete work overall size 32x38 the back half will have a new mud room, bathroom and first floor laundry room which will eat some of my garage space..but got to keep her happy too..

Some walls where built and hoping to set walls this weekend and hang truss's.

The ceiling will have a peak height of 15ft

Where in wolverine lake does he live? I like looking at garage's to get some ideas for my place....

Small world, I used to live on wolverine lake off of oakview.. that lake is too restrictive for me, too many rules. I assume the "garage" portion is <= 900 sq foot. they were pretty strict when I looked into it.
