They are asking him to pay for the wrench twice. I think you just looked at the auction.

Heck I don't know up from down about ebay, I have never actually bid and bought stuff there myself so I thought it all looked normal and he bought a wrench for $5.00 plus shipping. :headscrat

There are two other items I have bought off eBay, but this little wrench is the only one that shows up in "My eBay" as needing to be payed.

Haha, its cool, just pointing it out. Everything was fine and he did buy the wrench. But now ebay is still saying he didn't pay.

I belive it will only show as paid if you pay through paypal. If you look under items won go across to action and you can mark it as paid.

But what happens if I click the button? :eek2: :eek2: :eek2:

It will tell you you paid for it "$" in my eBay. The seller won't even get a notice because technically it's not paid until he GETS the money in the mail from you and he clicks the button to let himself know that YOU paid for it.

Paypal is an instant payment for, hence the reason for the seller notice.

Check, MO, etc are a totally different.

On the My Ebay page, look for the column labeled "actions". Click on the arrow in that column opposite the item. It will give you an option to mark it as payment sent.

Under the heading "More Options" I clicked on "Mark As Payment Sent" and then after that the "Won - Need To Pay" disappeared. :eek2:
