"WONDER" vise what kind is this set

I just got this today & I honestly don't know what these are.... It says "WONDER" on both. And another has "WABA" on the knob.
I'll try to get pics of all angles if I can.

I’m gonna guess it’s for restringing tennis rackets. First appears in Apr 1936.
