You mean the quick disconnect on the air hose end?

Hopefully you don't mean the Schrader valve end.

The Euro air hose fittings look like your common US milton types but they are different and don't interchange. I have tried USA fittings as have bought tools with them on but they don't work in the Euro couplers. I still prefer the British PCL fittings which are different again.

It does look nice for under $30 Where did you get it and what's the part #?

There's a good chance that fitting will be "metric" BSP threads not NPT. And 1/4" is one of the sizes that doesn't interchange even with a heavy shot of pipe dope. Adapter ****** and a female threaded plug is probably easier than sourcing a BSP threaded plug.

Those things are as bad as Lincolns. When I was over there I ran Schraders and really liked those. I'd still be running them now if they weren't so expensive and difficult to source in the States.

A us fitting threaded in fine. looking closer and packaging they spec 1/4in

Got it on amazon but it shipped from the UK.
