Hello all, I've been a member for a while, just always lurked around in awe.
I have a 1900 bank barn that needs some attention. In an area where I want to do some woodworking, the original tongue and groove floor has been patched quite a few times, and is quite a trip hazard.
The T&G section is about 3/4" lower then the rest of the floor. What do you guys think would be best for the area that I need to repair? I have thought about just throwing down 3/4" CDX or even OSB (with the rough side up), and doing some sort of exterior grade deck sealant of some sort.
I'll try and get some pictures up tomorrow if i can remember.
Any other thoughts? My buddy has jokingly tried to convince me into some sort of laminate wood flooring, so he's not much help
