They look great, but I suspect they get slippery used with greasy hands. Ought to be cool for woodworking.

For most anything but automotive they're great. I'm a gunsmith and I greatly prefer wood handles on my screwdrivers. But when it comes to automotive, nothing beats plastics, because automotive just gets the living chit kicked out of it. The only wood handle screwdriver that can survive automotive is the old forged "Perfect Handle" screwdrivers; those are bad ***.

Is there a reason for using only wood handled screwdrivers gunsmithing or is it just a nostalgic thing?
