Do any of you see a problem with putting wood flooring over the top of a heated concrete floor? Anyone done this?

It's done all the time - No problem at all. Though it is unrelated to the heat, just make sure you have a good vapor barrier under the slab.

Hi, Wood is ok over concrete that has dried sufficient for adhesive, ( if this is not a "floating floor" system ). In construction, ( I was a trimmer in high end concrete form houses that were all infloor heat ) I observed the flooring company employees using a moisture meter until it met specifications. Also I observed that the wood was always delivered to the job site to sit in the various rooms for a couple weeks in order to balance the wood properties, moisture, temperature and for expansion and contraction. This is good practice with wood, but it annoyed the flooring people as they had to schedule around these jobs until the conditions were right.

An engineered wood product or hardwood? I would think the moisture acclimation issue would be especially critical when installing hardwood over a substrate with in slab heat.
