Dad passed and home is now sold to close end of month. Acknowledge that brother and i have picked some stuff out on fly-ins last few months. There are some bigger items, sledge hammer, pipe wrenches, emt conduit bender, and ladders and miscellaneous hardware.

Kind of would like to do an all or nothing (preferably all) with a price that fair because I think you find some gems.
Purchaser said i can leave stuff, or clean it out but he's not offering any $.
