No, but I have thought about building something similar to it. The guy who is on there doing the cutting has a VERY good YouTube channel. He does all kinds of woodworking and metal working on there. Shows you in detail how to do many things.
What 'system' are you talking about
They are using the Jessem Stock Guides with their fence. Jessem sells it direct and you can add it to just about any fence for use on a table saw

I have the version that works with a router table and it does work great. The wheels are canted to force the work against the fence and the will only rotate one way.

Sorry, I wasn't specific, the t square fence with aluminum extrusions, fits a Biesemeyer style rail.
