Again no diesel jump pack. Boo!

My big one finally gave up the ghost. I have a Noco but I'd really like the Macbook charging feature!

Anyone buy the jump box thingy? Seriously thinking about

I got this in a giveaway that Astro did a while ago on this forum. Wonderful unit. I've used it easily 20-30 times in the last year (I live in the frozen north, so jumping cars, especially when you are around a bunch of college students with old/poorly maintained cars, is a frequent occurrence). I also use it on extended trips away from electricity to charge the phone, Ham radio, etc.

Go for it!

Ever since Amazon bought Woot, the deals have been meh.com

Since I'm guessing most people missed this reference, www.meh.com is what the old woot used to be.

The founder of woot created meh.com after selling woot to Amazon. It's worth checking out, although there have been very few tool deals that I've seen.

It's only $6 cheaper than Amazon, which says it has a 1 year warranty. Woot says 90 days.

Unless it changed, looks like $12 difference to me. And astro just said they'd stand behind their warranty.

I'd never try warrantying anything through woot anyways.

Well, the title says "Woot.com Deals" so I'm not sure what the problem is.

There isnt a problem, except for someone who missed their coffee this morning, lol. You are correct, this woudl be the thread for Woot deals per the label.

Looking at the 9478 Weather Pack Tool Set. The crimper has interchangeable jaws and Astro also sells other jaws which look like they may fit this crimper. Look at tool set 9477 for example. Do you know if the other jaws will fit into the 9478 crimper?
TIA

Thanks for the heads up! Snagged the digital circuit tester. I've had my eye on Snap On's version but couldn't justify the price. Excited to try this one out!

Any idea on the snap ring plier sets COO?

China, however this factory makes many of the imported tool truck brands' sets.
