I never bought from Woot before so I thought I would try an item I found on this board that looked to be a great deal. I completed the purchase online with no problem and left on a trip. My card was charged and all appeared well. I came home and received an email that I had successfully cancelled my order?????? My card still has not been refunded. They say they don't charge until an item has shipped. Don't believe it! item. I will never use Woot again.

Woot is run by amazon. Pick up your phone or send them an email, you'll get quicker service than from here.
I had the same issue when I ordered the Goodyear air hose reel last week. They sent me an e-mail saying that I had cancelled the order. I responded on their customer service page - 4 times - saying that I hadn't cancelled the order and still want the item. No response. So I sent an e-mail to their customer service e-mail address. Still no response - and they have not credited the charge on my credit card.
This was not my first order, but I'm with the OP - I'll never use Woot again.
