Here is a few pictures of last weekend's project. I still have 2 more coats of finish to put on the top, but it is basically done. The butcher-block top was a freebie from a friend, but if you had seen it you would not believe it's the same piece of wood! Had to use 60-grit sandpaper in my air-powered in-line sander to get all the old finish off. These photos have 1 coat of new polyurethane on the top, and 2 on the bottom.
I built, welded, and painted the steel angle-iron framework myself. I don't know how I ever lived without my MIG welder.
The footies are plywood, to prevent scratching up the garage floor (yes, I'm that ****).

WOW!!! Nice job on the frame! Aren't you worried about scratching it up when you work on it though?
