so im going to be either putting SS or Galvanized steel on my work bench top, as well as my bar top.

the biggest sheet of SS or galvanized steel i can get is 4'x10'

my work bench is an L shape, 9' against back wall, 4.6' on the right wall.. bench top is 24"

so 1 sheet wont cover the entire area. im going to have to have a seam. how should i go about that?

should i cover the seam some how?

any ideas would be great

Like formica, put the factory edges together. That would make a very small crack. You could weld them, I don't know about welding.

Cut, fit, weld, grind, paint to perfection. Watch the fumes when welding galvanized better to grind it clean prior to welding. Also drink some milk if the fumes get to you.
