What's a good choice for leather work gloves for larger hands?
I have mechanics-style gloves that fit -- no problem there. It's tough thornproof work gloves than I'm looking for.
I'd like full leather, like my favorite Tractor Supply/C.E. Schmidt gloves, but those seem to be out of production. TSC has a leather-palmed version with canvas back, which might be OK -- I'll try them on next time I'm near a store.
The TSC leather gloves are my favs because they're big enough. I guess I have decent sized paws, but they're certainly not gigantic. About 10" around the palm and a wingspan just under 10". Many of the gloves I try seem to have really small steps between M-L-XL, and even XXL isn't always what I'd put in that category. Seems like the size spacing is too close.
I'd have bet we have a thread (or more) on this subject, but I can't find them... My search-fu is not strong.
