First garage - OSB all the way!!

First here is a little bit about myself - http://www.garagejournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=99168

I've posted a couple pictures in the "benches from scratch" thread but thought I'd make a post here.

Quote from the benches from scratch thread: I got a wild hair in March and gutted my garage, insulated it and bought a bunch of OSB and 2X4's and started building with basically no plan. I got robbed 2 years ago so I knew I wanted some lockable storage for expensive tools. As you can see I just made a sliding door for my tools, I waxed where it slides and added some dish soap for good measure. It wooks pretty good, I have more in there then you think. Hobart 187 welder and plasma cutter and helmet, Chainsaw, Table saw, Air compressor, Portaband, tons of DeWalt cordless tools and my electricians belt, probably missing something. Anyways the main bench is 16' long 50" high and 32"deep. I'm 6'4" so the bench is just right. I have more pictures of my garage if interested. This is a work in progress and I see this as half done, I've came a long way in 45 days.

EDIT: I put in a new insulated garage door and the 3 walk in doors, I guess I didn't get a pictures of them all, but they are the same doors, as 2 of them had broken frames for the last 2 years from being kicked in when I was robbed.

I'll try and keep this thread updated if this forum lets me edit this post later on, I've already done a few other things..

Thanks!

Yeah it's to hopefully slow them down while the inferred sensor on my alarm will go off and the cops will hopefully show up. I was robbed 2 years ago and know that there is now way to keep somebody from getting something if they really want it so it's just to give them something to do. :)

I have a question for anyone who knows about house value.

When I moved into this house the garage was completely unfinished, and someone tried to hang some drywall on one wall, and there was peg board on the wall, but other than that it was unfinished with a rotten wooden garage door and all the entry doors were old wooden crappy doors.

With that being said, by looking at the pictures above and knowing that I fully insulated this garage, put in new doors, new garage door, and re-wired the whole thing and added 5 more lights.

So how much do you think I added in value to my house by finishing the garage like this?

I live in a small town in Iowa, my home is a 1,350sq ft ranch style (when I bought it, I have finished the basement since) but at 1,350sq ft, the value of my house was $111,000. I'm hoping after finishing the basement and the garage I could sell it for about $135,000. Is that doable?
