Work top for tool box

Does anyone sell a universal top to go on top of a lower tool box? Something like those craftsman boxes that had the blow molded top with compartments to use like a cart

Maybe one of those blow molded drawer organizers? This one is about 22x10in. It's been sitting full of odds & sods for years, I just emptied it & cleaned it up today. Not sure where I got it (had it at least 15 years, maybe more than 20) It just had a made in china sticker on it. Might be Horrible Fright, might be from Sears.
