Thanks for all the great ideas Garage Journal. Short of a jack for one end and a couple more receiver fixtures it's ready for the shop.
The 4x3 tube was repurposed steel from some truck boom cradles that were rusted thru on the bottoms.Went for a 1/2" 4'x8' pickled and oiled top as we use the area as a wash bay so hopefully it won't flash rust as easy. No fancy top fasteners,stitch welded it every 2'. Stayed flat enough for our shop.

Low mount receiver allows for storage of sticks in the table up to 8'. I also left the table frame tubes opened for storage of ready rod and smaller metal.



The floor is an H2O process but it doesn't hold up long:)

This space here allows 8' metal storage that is why I mounted the receiver tube lower than others

I see. I was wondering about the receivers that appear to be mounted on the bottom long side rails.

Those are too store the vice, grinder and multi cut saw when I need the whole table perimeter clear.
