I'm redoing an old Bunting slider glider patio loveseat. I have found replacement springs and assorted hardware but replacement rubber feet are all but impossible to find. The feet are rubber and an oddball "T" shaped. Has anyone got any suggestions about what I can use in a wax mold. Flex Seal looks interesting but I have zero experience with it and it's fairly expensive. Any other products to try?

Smooth-on.com has several varieties of rubber and urethanes for casting. The sell trial size samples too if that might be enough.

Edited to add: Try this link instead, it's a direct link to their online store. It can be a little inconvenient to get to the store from the link above.

You could 3D print some hard replacement or some flexible material like Ninjaflex.

Sounds odd, but I was able to find the rubber feet I needed for a project from an exercise equipment repair parts place.
