Always used workbenches with much more depth (or width i.e. 6' x 3') as opposed to most of these nice systems like Gladiator that usually only offers something in the range up to 20" deep.

Anyone find this being too small for them? I may just need to adapt to this size, or make my own.

I sold my deeper bench today for a longer slimmer Gladiator Bench. I actually bought two and put them side-by-side. My local Sears had a bunch of Gladiator stuff on clearance.

Have a couple. They are not as useful IMHO as my 24" or 30" deep work surfaces. Good mounting surface for a 9 x 20 lathe.

I bought one of the Seville work benches at Sam's Club many years ago specifically because it was 25" deep instead of the 22" or so some of the other ones were.

It's not my only bench but I do like it.

I think 24" is good size but I could work on a 20". I believe that's just big enough to put a bottom roller under the bench.
