I'm going to build a workbench soon, and I was wondering which would be stronger and more durable. Just screwing the studs together or buying some of those metal connectors that you put screws through?
I would say that the connectors would be a bit stronger, but it probably won't make a big difference either way. My work benches are glued and screwed and I hammer on them quite a bit without any issues.
