Workbench... mobile or stationary?

So I think I'm gonna go with a solid work bench with leveling feet like SteveO used. I am also going to take an old craftsman work station and build it into more of a mobile workstation for welding and fab work. If I create an adjustable side shelf for the mobile unit, then I think I will get the best of both worlds.
