Hi all,
I am interested in feedback from those who have RaceDeck or similar style floors and do CrossFit style or olympic lifting type work outs on it.
I am trying to figure out the flooring plan for my garage which I intend to use as a garage gym as well as to park cars on.
Anyone drop weights on RaceDeck or similar style flooring? Any issues doing so? I am curious if plastic floor tiles can handle absorbing the force of weight being dropped on it similar to what rubber could do.
My current thought is to have an interlocking floor tile floor and then put a rubber horse stall mat over it whenever working out. I am not sure if that is overkill or if maybe there is an option to incorporate rubber matting in with the plastic garage tiles.
Thanks
