noiseyrs , hello and welcome to the GJ.

You have plenty of space there, looking forward to seeing how it transpires.

Can I respectively suggest you put your location in your profile, being a global forum it really helps our members assimilate as you post in other threads.

As always enjoy.

Noise: good to see you started posting after maybe 5 years of lurking or did you forget you were a member?

in any case if you want to tell us more about yourself please do post more pictures and information. if you want this to be your garage thread you might ask the Mods to move it to garage gallery and a PM to them and a maybe a post here asking might be all it takes. or start a new thread over there since you just got started and have this as your intro thread.

WELCOME BACK!!

Noise: if you need help just ask on a thread talking about your problem or here if you need some help knowing where to post your threads or posts.

once you get to know how the forum works you'll have even more fun than just lurking and learning what you want to.

just curious are your winters in New Zealand as cold as some of the guys in Australia or do tell? any pictures to post of some of your favorite spots is always a good way to learn how to post pictures and helps us learn more about you too.

cheers

Yes, I own the building with multiple tenants but this area was spare so thought I would do a workshop. Got some more painting done, and decided to line another wall so still a mess. Have about 260m2 but some of this will be for spare building materials, doors etc, but mostly car workshop. I did have a sushi maker as a tenant and he left me the stainless bench when he did a runner so that's handy

Hi, in reply to above question, our winters would be colder than Australia as we are down the bottom of South Island NZ, had -4 deg C the other morning.
Pictures of a few of my projects over the years...
