Workshop / Race Shop '14

I started a Garage/workshop build in December and finally got around to posting some pictures of it...

The main purpose of the shop is to build & work on cars, MTB's and other projects. And if there's room maybe space for the girlfriend to park in the winter.

Here goes:

It's been a looong winter here with what seemed to be a storm every week. Got the garage closed in, insulation in and doors/windows in.

The space is a main section os 21' wide X 24' deep with a workshop area of 8' wide X 18' deep for a total square footage of 650.

Plywood walls are going up...

I built a workbench and got the space ready for the floors to be sealed...

First coat of sealer went on...

Second coat of sealer is on and the shop starting to be pieced together

The bench was built to be able to store 3 full sets of track wheels/tires with lighting...

All for now but more to come.

Nice! What kinda project race car do you have? Looking forward to more updates on this as I do both MTB and race imports.
