Just a guess, but "those guys" didn't post anywhere. A hired hand or employee most likely took the pics, that we are seeing.

If you had a chance to ask the owners of these garages any questions, they probably would say something like "I don't know, I just wrote a check." It would be nice to hear from the guys that built it.
