Just thought I'd post this here since I was just on their website buying more batteries.
I bought this pressure washer a couple of years ago when it first came out and we are still using it to this day. Love it for what it is. A pressure washer that doesn't need a hose connection and is battery powered. We use it almost exclusively on our boat. It keeps everything clean without using chemicals and the best part is that to get water, all you do is toss the hose in the lake. The pump self primes in a few seconds.
This is not a power house pressure washer nor is it meant to be. But it does the job of cleaning dirt/mildew/mold like a champ.
Battery life is limited to 20 minutes or so. (That is why I was getting more batteries) but they make a 40v version that has better run time now.
