Would someone mind identifying this Snap-On metal ring?

This Snap-On metal ring was in the tray of the vintage toolbox I picked up recently. I don't know what it is, and Google Image was not much help.

The design and color both resemble some old Kent Moore piston ring compressors that I have for service on 1950's vehicles, except they were not a solid ring like that. I guess some sort of bushing driver but I couldn't find anything in the catalogs I looked at.

The number seems to land closely in the range of Chrysler Specialty Tools...
