I wouldn’t use them. Two reasons: self stick. That screams cheap diy quality. And they call it 0.045 gauge. Typo? Ignorance by the marketing department? Whatever. Standard commercial vct, like armstrong excelon, is 1/8” or 0.125. Three times as thick and has a proven history.

Self adhesive tiles will shift around quite a bit... you can put them down perfectly but they will move around over time with even moderate use.

We wouldn't recommend a self adhesive tile for a garage use as have seen many of them fail over the years.
