No. You'd have to totally redesign the control panel to change it from three phase to single phase, plus it would draw too many amps at the lower voltage.
As an aside, many years ago I interviewed for a job at BGK - they're in Blaine, MN on the north side of the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area.

remember you can always buy a vfd, variable frequency drive, they take single phase inputs and give you three phase output

The VFD can be looked at as a 3ph power supply. Just as you can plug in a motor or radio or welder of the single phase variety into the appropriate voltage single phase power supply the VFD isn't limited to 3ph motor operation.

*IF* you could run that thing on 240 volts (no such thing as 110 or 220) it would draw more than 145 amps.
