would you buy this box for $210?

well here's my new box. don't mind the missing drawer, there's nothing wrong with it. i just took the slide from the smaller drawer to put on the larger one on the bottom right. i'll be calling waterloo tomorrow to see if they can replace the slide for me.

another plus for this box is that all the larger (deeper) drawers can add more slides. so thats 6 of 12 we can add additional slides. not bad.

i'm glad to see someone else found a deal on these boxes too.

so i just got off the phone with waterloo industries and i have to say they have GREAT customer service. i just got my slides replaced that were broken in the box. instead of just sending me the left side assembly, they sent both right and left side.

i initially called the warranty dept and had to leave a message. within 10-20 minutes i received a call back, then 5 mins with her she said she'll warranty the part. since the parts dept was busy when she transferred me, i had to recall and leave a message. about 5 mins later spoke to another lady. she said what's the model number and the part. i told her and bam, i've got new slides being shipped tomorrow. i never expected this slide issue to get resolved so fast and easy.

i had a great experience with the sears outlet cs, and now with waterloo. i wish everywhere was like this.
