I have a chance to buy this for $540 out the door. It is in Brand new condition and even has some tools in it. However, I am not short on Tool Cabs/Carts :bounce:

The orange really looks much better in person.

I am thinking this is a good price, not a great price.

Also, anyone know if this is a Kennedy/ Made in USA box or an Import...

It's a pretty good price from what I've seen. I usually see those carts priced anywhere from $750-1000.

However, since you can't control your toolbox buying...:spit:...unless you really think it's going to solve a lot of your storage needs and getting it will make you consolidate your boxes...i.e. selling some of your extra boxes...then I don't know if it will be worth it to YOU.

I really like those 58" Cornwell boxes...I'd wait for one of those...or a nice Snap On KRL that's a real deal. Though if you buy this one, you may be able to flip it for a $150-200 profit or more.

Depends in part on whether you want to flip or hold.

Just my $0.02

I know... Its a sickness... I have only got rid of one of my boxes (Bro in Law gift)-Waterloo

I was thinking there may be room on a flip as well.... I could probably get about $75-$100 out of the tools included with it....

Then I wonder if it has anything owed on it... and I don't want to go down that rabbit hole....

With tools that a pretty good deal. I have that cart in black and love it but, that's just me. It is imported not US made. That cart is in this month's Cornwell flyer for $1049.95.

That is just about half price. You won't make much on the flip but it should sell fast. I find tool carts tend to sell within 2 weeks of purchase while boxes can take much longer.

If its in new condition, I'd be tempted but not as a keeper, course I buy very little with the intent on keeping (except Knipex, round shaft wrenches, and any other cool old tool that I can't live without, lol)

I wonder if the Cornwell Customer service line could tell me if there is any money owed on it.

If I could flip it in 2 weeks for $150 profit it would be great. I'm considering picking it up now.....

That cart seems to go from $450-600 on Houston CL, I have a buddy with one and I really like it, I was going to buy one of those if I didn't get such a good deal on my SO cart.
