Would you recommend this compressor?

Hey guys,
I am thinking of upgrading my old compressor with this one (3 HP, 50 liter) for general purpose auto maintenance:

Do you think it will be okay for tyre rotation and other routine jobs? Thanks.

By specifications and general information it would do the job. I cannot speak to the quality of the brand.

I have ordered this compressor (3 HP, 50 liter, 8 bar). I will be using it only occasionally for changing tires, spray painting, and nailing. What kind of hose line should I install (1/4", 3/8", or 1/2")? Thanks for the replies.
