Twice now while working under 45°F there's been some condensation gathering in one of my DeWalt Tripod lights.

About 3 hrs of use each time

Relatively low humidity (Oregon, US)

Yes. You probably arent the only person with this problem. Doesnt matter if its sealed from the electronics, water inside electronic parts is not good and is unsafe.

if there's no seal/sticker and it seems easy to disassemble (not all glued together), i'd just take it apart and wipe out any moisture with a microfiber cloth or something very soft and lint-free. watch out for micro scratches. this is likely to be the most efficient use of your time. maybe that will be the end of the problem.

otherwise, if it bothers you, try warrantying it. **** dewalt, you don't owe them anything.
on the other hand, i just don't know anything about their warranty process. does it take like 6 months? are you likely to get it back in worse condition than you sent it out in? some warranty services are a complete joke, so take that into consideration.

I work at the hardware store I bought it at, i can just bring it to work and they will exchange it

Even the stuff I haven't warrantied through work, i have never had an issue with. Either home depot exchange or they have mailed me the parts I needed free of cost

Unsafe? Come on, it's condensation, not filled with water

If the light isn't ip67, then I expect a replacement would be susceptible to the same thing. If you're super worried about it, leave it out in the sun for a day or put it under a heat lamp for a while.

Returned it for a refund, going to wait for the new area light they just released

It looks like a standard square halogen light but LED and 20V
