I knew it had been a long time since I was here, but 9 years, that some kind of a record.
Looking around again - planning and preparing as I have a new detached Man Cave to construct at this home we moved into a year ago. The plan is a single vehicle bay and the rest of the 26 X 30 (or so) build for my wood/welding/fab shop. The plan is to construct with pitch to match the house which is pretty steep, and utilize the upper loft area for storage. Ya see we are one of those "Crazy Christmas Light Guys" that do over the top animated light shows. In fact we were filmed in the crowd this year on ABC's Great Christmas Light Fight @ the winning home of my other brother in LA... What a blast. So I need space to build and space to store.
All that to say - looking forward to hanging out here to capture and share ideas. The name is Lowell - but my grand kids all call me Papa... It's more fun than dunking for doughnuts.
