I just wanted to say that this week I have given a poor response time to many emails and inquiries and I not only will catch up this weekend but also will make it up to anyone who has been waiting on my sorry *** to get back to them with their Toptul inquiries.

No apology needed Mike. I, and hopefully everyone else, understand that your a small company with growing pains. From what I've seen just on here you are growing your customer base by leaps and bounds. I would fully expect their to be some delay and a few screw-ups here and there. I know personally that both times I've called you I have gotten you on the phone, even after normal business hours.

I place my order Monday and got my tools on Thursday, yesterday. Thanks and will be ordering the torque wrench and the reversible gear wrenches in a week or so.
