Hi guys, recently I was looking at some models of speedy wrenches of the brand belzer to buy, I found the wrenches with great finish, not worth having the measure 19mm, but a doubt if someone can already use them or similar can tell if they are really useful as Look like : Thumbup:: Thumbup:: Thumbup:

belzer was once a famous german brand,

so if its not made in germany its probably trash.

Belzer/Sandvik is now part of Bahco,

and Belzer brand is quite rare NOS

Even craftsman is making these open end ratcheting wrenches. I'm just not on board with them. They will for sure ware the fasteners they are used on.

Belzer is owned by Apex Tool Group. Belzer is shown to be a South America only brand. Since it is owned by Apex, I would expect the tools to be good quality.

From the older models of tools offered by belzer until today that is part of the apex tool group, have the tools presented the same quality as before? Or had they drop in quality even though they were only sold in South America?

I never found a use for it and really cant figure out how it works. The couple I have from somewhere are used for the box end. Lots of tools you may actually need, spend on another pair of Channelocks or Vgrips. and get some use out of them.

I don't worry too much about putting wear on nuts or bolts. Where you guys learn some of this stuff?

I think they mean, wear on the corners. With in-hex its a big problem, esp. with poor fitting drivers. With external hexagon, YMMV.

Speak for yourself, some of us trust only in T45 and his crack research team.

Belzer tools are quite good from what I have seen myself. Modern ones mostly where I am.

OP, those are a love or hate them tools. I haven't learned to love mine yet.

I am in Mexico. We get tools from S. America here. Tramontina from Brazil is stronger here but some Belzer wrenches were used by myself on a job. The owner didn't leave them with me, he rather liked them too.

A lot of S. American production is based in European designs. Which I do like better.
