Funny story but our restore takes away every good tool even before the boxes can hit the ground for the workers to sort through it all; every now and then they let us bottom feeders find a prize or two that they over looked and I to have found one or two older proto tools from the 40's.

Has been my experience with the local ReStore as well. However I did find a pair of Made in USA Craftsman vise grips a few months ago for $2.
