Wrench ID

At the suggestion of a friend of mine I have been going through my tools and creating a spreadsheet with descriptions and part numbers.

I came across an adjustable wrench that I can't find any info on other than the obvious. It's an Armstrong 15" adjustable wrench. Has the model 28-715 on it. The closest I've found is Armstrong 28-415. Is this the same wrench with an updated model number on it? or is there something different about min?

Probably not a bunch different. Are the both plated?

Yeah they're both plated. I think mine looks a little different. What's driving me nuts is I search the model # on mine and nothing turns up.
