Yes. I have Craftsman and Wera ones and use them both quite often. Craftsman if you want to try it out, Wera if you can justify the expense.

I have a few including the offset version, they work well just check the package to find out the COO. I had another Craftsman ratcheting screwdriver (Chapman style) that was USA made and I turned it in with a broken tip and got a Chinese replacement, didn't notice it until later, wasn't happy, it will be exchange for a USA one if I can find one or tossed.

Links are not working for me. But if the craftsman is the one I'm thinking of I would go with the wera as it has more teeth. The craftsman you can get with a angled head which is kinda neat

41716 is offset 25°

47478 is straight.

47477 shows all 3 styles.

Sorry guys.. Just reuploaded the pics. They both have different head types. I'm undecided which would be more practical to buy. Let me know your opinions. thx

I'm just looking to spend less than $10, hence, craftsman.

Understandable.... BUT, these seem to be demanded in tight areas and I would not want a but ratchet with 10 teeth IMHO. This is one tool that is indeed, worth its weight in gold..

No, the heads are the same. As I said the angles are what's different.

I have a 41716 offset model my hands. That picture is of the reverse side of the head. It looks like they did some photoshopping or something since the handle writing is on the wrong side.

Agreed. My favorite one of these in my toolbox is a BluePoint with a roller ratchet mechanism. You can feel no backlash at all.
I've got an assortment of screwdriver tips for it.
It appears to be a hi-lok ratchet handle, but it fits tips with a round shank.
I don't think they make it any more though. I'll try to remember to find the part number later.

i do like the speeder knurling on the gearwrench at times, and some wheelwells require the reversed angled blue point one like the craftsman the OP posted.

My local store today had 2 packages of the "7-piece" set available, US-made, for $19.99.

Offset outwards, offset inwards and straight driver/wrenches, and 4 bits.

Picked up a set, been wanting them for a bit, just never went to get them. For all three, $20 isn't bad.
