I'm reorganizing my relatively sloppy wrench drawer. I like the basic Ernst-type of wrench organizer because it works well in the drawer and I also can take each organizer including its set of wrenches out of the drawer, vs taking out individual wrenches. This is why I like these plastic organizers better than the rail organizers. But I have a couple of sets of stubby ratcheting wrenches, and they are too short for the standard organizers. How do people typically store the stubbies? I guess I could use a roll, but I'd rather not. Thanks.

My stubbies are the one tool that I just throw in a drawer. I rarely use them so I do not have to search for them often.
Once I was changing shocks on my truck and I used a stubby wrench wedged against the axle to hold the nut on the back while I torqued the bolt. I cleaned up and put my tools away.
A year or so later I had a flat and ran the spare for a day or two until I had it repaired. When I went to hook the cable onto the spare to winch it up under the bed I seen a flash of chrome. There wedged against the axle on the shock nut was my wrench. In summary a shock nut makes a secure place to store a wrench but it may not be all that convenient.

Those rock, I have a few but they seem to no longer be available. Both the 10 wrench and the 15 are both out of Stock once you add it to your cart.

I thought that rack was made by EZ-Red. They used to be on their website. A friend has a couple sets of those magnetic wrench wracks and the few times I have been in his box I really liked them. Might have to break down and visit SO.

Yea, mine are EZ red branded.. I think they were the OEM for a few brands, including SO.
