Hi,

Is the ratchet covered in scratches or owners marks? my eyes are not so good is it full of rust or just dirt? On a scale of 1(downright bad ,parts only) to 10 (mint condition) how would you rate it?

its like a black film I soked it in thinner and thats how it looks Id call it a 5 it does work im wiling to bet a glass beading would make it look great it does not have owners marks there are 3 grooves but they look factory
