OK I apologize never seen a RP made over seas Think that would go back to Sears for a not satisfied with your foreign **** warranty.

I have hammered Craftsman RPs onto rusted bolts that they didnt really fit so many times, thinking they would distort or crack. I always figured I could abuse the warranty system and screw over people with genuine warranty claims, so why not. So far I've never broken or damaged one.

Fixed it for you.

To the OP: Stick with the Rps and buy some ratchet wrenches.

Actually, it being Japanese, the tolerances were probably better than the US-made version.

I bought a set of new metric and SAE SK wrenches to replace my Craftsman wrenches with, and I've been happy with them. The chrome is a lot easier to clean, the beam is thicker so it doesn't cut into fingers as much, and the open end spreads a lot less on stuck nuts than the Craftsman wrenches did. For something less expensive, I've got a full set of Gearwrench metric wrenches, and I haven't had any problems with them - I actually like them more than the Craftsman wrenches.

I have been organizing my wrench drawer,this is what I have for now. The ace wrenches were a present the craftsman I bought a few years back. I think I will add some bigger sizes and get the $50 gear wrench set. I may pick up a few napa brand wrenches from a pawn shop,should be cheaper than going with new. Thank you for the advise guys.
