Well the top wrench is an older williams, can't make out the markings on the other one

Top (Williams) wrench looks like it's for square head bolts. Perhaps a "Station Tool" like the ones we used to keep at the metal lathe for the bit stand/holder or on the shaper.

Like Al said,usually square bolt heads were very common on the manual lathes in the machine shop.The head thickness was much thicker than a combo wrench for instance as you kind of backed up the wrench with your fingertips on both sides of the head of the bolt

Yup, all of this came out of a machinist estate sale. More to Identify as it goes. On the wrench after a little more gentle cleaning it is probably MO-LYBDEN-UM, The other end is marked 1033-C

So the question is this a special wrench or what?
