I've got the 3430 and like it a lot. Have the 3440 enroute from Epsteins and I'm sure I'll like it as well. I like the fact that the handle has a little thickness to it for such a small ratchet. I find I use it much more than the snap on compact 3/8 I have for that reason.

You can order any Wright from Epstein on the comment line, that is how Canuckian did it.

I have both the flex and the fixed head from Epstein's. However, my Snap on gets used more, simply because it is in my carry around case. The Wrights were bought as a replacement, after thinking the Snap on was in a tool case that was stolen, only to later find the Snap on in a rag I used that day.
Wrights are actually smaller.

I got the non flex just because I didn't have one. I have only used it for light duty work but it worked OK when I did.

Ive got the 3430 and it is my favorite. Yes, it is low-torque, but if you need something beefier grab something else. I find it perfect for lots of underhood 10 mm bolts and such. I do need to add the flex head to my arsenal though...

I Really think all the 3/8 in 1/4 body ratchets are Low Torque.. Wright seems to be the only one who advertises it that way though.

Late to the party, but I have the flex and the fixed version of this mini 3/8" and they are both fantastic ratchets. I hesitated a bit at the price when I finally found them (also Amazon, I believe) but once you have one in hand, you'll never look back. They are great and the pictures don't do justice to the small size of these things.
