I just a warranty kit from the nice people at Wright tools.
The pawls in this ratchet was broken and did not turn anymore. Date code says made in 1976, so pretty old.
I called Wright tools about a week ago and they said they would send parts out under warranty.
It was a very easy process.
I got my parts today (less thsn a week). I put in the new parts and it works good as new.
