Hello @Renorton and welcome to the site.

I don't own any Wright pliers, so I don't have an answer for you on that one.

keep this link handy

and this one too

Wright / Wright Tool Co., Wright Tool & Forge Co., One Wright Drive, PO Box 512, Barberton, OH 44203 / http://www.wrighttool.com/ / patent 2715955 Aug 23 1955 & patent 2685355 Aug 3 1954 Arthur P. Stone / http://alloy-artifacts.org/wright-tool-forge.html / https://www.garagejournal.com/forum/threads/vintage-wright-share-it-here.375171/ /

And don't forget: International Tool Catalog Library is your friend.
They have a whole bunch of Wright catalogs. You just have to pick the right Wright. ;)

Thanks for the welcome! I have searched those sites and didn't see anything relevant. They are 10 in. slip joint pliers and seem very old but very well made.

'AI' said that perhaps S. T. I. stood for Stanley Tool International. I have no idea.

All of the Wright tools i have had over the years were in my humble opinion Very Well Made.

Mine, as i recall all came from Pat's Tools, a used tool store in San Diego and later in El Cajon, CA.
