Ok well....... alot of each!!!

I prefer Proto because it is backed by the Stanley Tool Co. Don't get me wrong Wright are good tools, they are the company that makes Snap-on blue point line.
Anyone ever seen a Wright Catalog? Love to have one, interested in either a PROTO or Wright 1/2" drive metric impact set.
Think they are both around $200.00, depending on how big a set you want.

Wright tool was founded in 1927...
Looks like the history I found was of a vendor (not tool company) with the same name.
Could you please edit your quote, to remove the error? I edited mine. Absolutely no reason to keep an error alive.
Thanks.
No biggie... It was definitely a strange coincidence.
Yeah oldtools, prove yourself LOL
The wright ratchets are nice but when you put some nice grease in those proto ratchets they are real smooth. Both brands I have gotten defects in the sockets. I cant say I noticed any difference in the chrome??? I know wright tools have poor resale, goes for cheap on ebay if youre looking on there.

Where could one go about getting either if these brands?Or any SK tools too?
any help?
All you have to do is go to Wright's website and put in your zipcode and it will give you all Retailers within your Area. There are Numerous Online retailers if you utilize google, but some are TRToolsupply, Harry Epsteins, Toolup, Royal supply etc..etc...
Really? How so? Can you give examples of tools that you actually own?
Stanley for the most part has left Proto alone from the asian import deal.
Wright has better chrome.
Wright tools are 100% made in the USA with USA steal.![]()
That marketing sure does wonders. Pretty much all truck/industrial tool companies use USA steel to make their hard line...except for a few very limited examples, mainly ratchets.
